Tantra Teacher Training

For LEVEL I CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION BY CORRESPONDENCE, you take ninety hours or so (less is ok as long as you have satisfactory completions to e-mail (within four months) your answers to the questions in this book. Dr. Lessin responds by e-mail and may ask you to correct or expand some of your answers. The School then awards you a diploma as a School of Tantra Level 1 Certified Tantra Dakini, Daka, Lover or Practitioner (you choose the title).

 

When you complete Level 1, you can take Level 2 training. When you finish Level 2, you may proceed to Level 3. Each level requires about 90 hours homestudy.Level I Courses

Level 1

CTD 101 OVERVIEW ALL-CHAKRA TANTRA
In All-Chakra Tantra, you center yourself and orchestrate your chakras–inner power plants that generate security, sexuality, power, love, communication, vision, and feelings of oneness with everything and everyone. You learn a chant and a ritual that teaches you how to waken each chakra.

 

CTD 102 PERUSE PRIMAL THERAPY
Parents either meet need or fail to meet your needs for love as a child in a way you directly sense. If they truely love you, they hold you and encourage you to develop in your own direction at your own pace. Explore symbolic resonances of any love you lacked. Learn, for yourself and clients, how imprints rule your lives now, dictate the ecology of inner voices, dominate your bodies, project into dreams and direct spiritual aspirations. Probe imprints from conception, gestation, labor, delivery, childhood. Learn how to modify imprints to suit life today.

 

CTD 103 MEND MOM’S MISTAKES WHEN YOU MATE
One aspect of our personalities, the Inner Brat, developed from our emotional pain and from adopting our parents’ worst traits. If Mom or the females that had charge of us when we were wee did not completely love and accept themselves and others, we copied this. She couldn’t model self-love and overflowing love to others if her parents, in turn, didn’t model it. When we’re unloving and self-defeating, we express negative love, some of which we adopted from her. In this class we, then those we facilitate learn to stop getting even with Mom, to lovingly divorce her, rise above her negative example, realize she’ll never meet our childish demand to love us with nothing asked in return. First we prosecute Mom: we emote anger for her example and for wrongs she did us. Then we put yourself in her place and get how she was molded into giving us negative attitudes by her parents’ attitudes. The class ends when we and our partners experience deep compassion, forgiveness and love toward our mothers. Then, in homework, you guide others through this experience so they can love in the present instead of applying programs imprinted from interaction with females who had charge of them when they were young to their current loves.

 

CTD 104 DELETE DAD’S DEFECTS IN YOUR LOVELIFE
If Dad didn’t completely love and accept himself and others, you copied this. Divorce Dad, rise above his negativies, realize he’ll never love you unconditionally. You express anger, then you put yourself in his place and feel how his parents imprinted him to imprint you. Finally, you forgive him and tell him you love him. You practice taking other people through this process.

 

CDT 105 LISTEN ACTIVELY, ROLEPLAY, COMMUNICATE COMPASSION
Understand how genuine concern, authentic communication and active listening contribute to the growth of those who receive it. Learn to listen actively–mirror, validate and empathize with one another. Give genuine regard: paraphrase, summarize, and show sympathy. Roleplay–share advanced feedback; show a partners and clients how they come across.

 

CTD 106 MANAGE IMAGOS
Imagos–inner voices–make people feel madly attracted certain other particular people. This imago (the inner self that says who to love) acts like an inner nurturer–Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister and Good Teacher combined. The imago makes people seek lovers like it, so she or he has what a person loved about caregivers. Partners you facilitate in class and in homework–Receivers–seek in lovers you represent what they loved about their caregivers. You also represent what they hated about parents. The lover you represent can hurt Receivers like their parents did. Help Receivers heal; model loving instead of hurting them. Help them experience their Inner Children, the voices of their emotional reality. Then start reprogramming Receivers’ Inner Childen for Interdependency rather than neurotic co-dependency. Learn how to constellate their Inner Parents as an antidote to co-dependence on their lovers.

 

CTD 107 SURVEY SEXUAL SAGAS TO IMPROVE PRESENT PAIRING
You reconsider your lovers from days gone, then practice helping others review their previous relationships to better current relationships. You, then your clients look at the events, sexual and emotional sharing and the developmental tasks and what you and they learned from being together and how you and they can apply what you learned to your current loves.

 

CTD 108 SATISFY SELF, SUPPRESS SQUIRT, SUSTAIN SEX
Learn the value and varieties of self-pleasuring. Experience and learn to guide others mutually viewing each other’s masturbatory movements to learn one another’s techniques. Learn, practice and teach bandha-breathing, position-choreography, male ejaculation control, female ejaculation, kundalini quivers as well as sustained in-gasms and orgasms. Guide clients through these experiences.

 

CTD 109 WORSHIP WOMEN
This class, to be experienced immediately after CTD107, is the second part of a tantric date where you listened compassionately to a woman sharing her childhood and sexual history with you. In this part of the date you honor her clitoris, lick her labia, caress her vagina with your fingers, coach catharsis, encourage her ejaculation. In the homework, you teach others how to worship women with the methods you experienced and practiced in class

 

CTD 110 EXPLORE SUBSELVES WITH VOICE DIALOGUE
Use Voice Dialogue to center yourself and to access, own and integrate your shadow and spiritual selves–your less known inner voices (also known as personality aspects, roles, subselves, subpersonalities, egos). You center yourself when you hold the tension between opposed inner voices. Centered, you recognize, embrace and coordinate your protective, vulnerable, instinctual and spiritual subselves. Learn how interactive patterns sour from unexpressed vulnerability and projection of disowned inner voices on others. Practice expressing your hidden hurts and insecurities, say how what bugs you about your friends and lovers is true of you, too. You practice using Voice Dialogue to facilitate others.

 

CTD 111 FATHOM PHYSICAL FORM
Learn to love the look, feel and abilities of your body and your lovers’ for terrific tantric sex and learn how to facilitate clients’ body explorations. For yourself, lovers and clients, you learn how to listen to the voices of the body, to feel your physique, its history, needs and voices that affect tantric sex. Lessons in this course include a gestalt encounter with the body seen in a mirror and a visit to the body’s inside, using an mini-avatar.

 

CTD 112 PRACTICE CHAKRA YOGA BASICS
Chakra Yoga stretches, strengthens and centers you. It opens each of your energy centers so you feel safe, sexy, empowered, loving, communicative, clear and connected to your beloved and the world. You combine safe postures adapted to your physical condition with precise breathing techniques, subtle spine movements and uplifting visualization to bridge the spiritual and the physical within you, inspire and ground you. Yoga moves, breathing and inner holds tune up your chakras and their corresponding aspects of consciousness. All the chakras’ energies flow through your central channel, your inner flute. Then you’re ready for a flute duet with your beloved and for a symphony of all souls. You share yoga basics with clients.

 

Level II 

 

 

CTD 201 PRACTICE PUJAS–PERSONAL, PAIR AND POLY
Invent rites that help clients achieve lasting learning. Ritualize wisdom; put it in a sacred context, activated by clients’ meditative focus in ceremonies that have the power of prayer and the concentration of contemplation. Create rituals–pujas in Sanskrit–that are confluent. Confluent means “flowing together.” What flows together in a confluent ritual are 1) ideas, 2) emotions and 3) behavior. When you direct clients learn concepts and also do things that evoke their emotions, what they learn likely will become part of their behavioral repertory, options for them to apply to their lives. Apply the principles of confluent education–the flowing together of ideas, experiences and feelings to make ceremonies that sacralize the lessons of All-Chakra Tantra for yourself, pairs and lover groups. Set up rituals to modulate activation, opening and shielding each chakra with lovers and others.

 

CTD 202 PONDER PATHS
For yourself, then for clients, review the Chapters of Life. See, and draw lifemaps of where you and they’ve been, what was learned and where you and they’re headed. Study you’re and their lives’ chapters, discover and reinforce the warp, woof and golden threads of your and their life fabric. Re-assess possibilities you and they declined and consider bringing them into what you weave today.

 

CTD 203 EMBRACE BLESSINGS
Purge negativities, embrace positivities for yourself, then for clients. Explore psychosynthesis techniques that extirpate programs and attitudes that block desires of the heart. Then celebrate blessings, successes, strengths, gifts and inspirations. Write lifeplans, affirm commitments commitments and write your goals for next year and years to come.

 

CTD 204 GRATIFY GUYS
Guide men through the first part of a progressively intimate tantric date where you nurture, adore, delight and worship them. You listen to their challenges and sex life in ways that heal. Honor their lingums, train them in ejaculatory control and massage their prostates in ways that stimulate their vulnerability and pleasure.

 

CTD 205 GESTALT AUTHENTIC CONTACT
Understand neurosis and organismic self-regulation in relationships from the gestalt perspective. Learn how you and others dissociate thoughts, emotions and action in relationships. Learn procedures to integrate thinking, feeling and behavior with lovers for yourself and those you facilitate. Learn the gestalt personality development sequence and its implications for coaching tantra. Learn the concepts and personalize the gestalt theory of organismic self-regulation by the hierarchy of needs in the determination of figure and its destruction in gestalt completion. Become familiar with therapeutic movement from games, through impasses to creativity.

 

CTC 206 DELVE DREAMS
Dreams and daydreams show us what’s in our unconscious. When we mine the images dreams give, we get a picture of our inner world, our impressions of our relationships and access more expanded consciousness. This course gives you three dream paths, each of which gives you–then, through you, your clients–powerful, life-directing experiences. The three dream paths, this course: Gestalt, Voices-Center Dialogues and Dream Fitness Training. On the gestalt dream path, you treat each person and thing in dreams as parts of your experience. You create dialogues with the elements of the dream for messages about your current being-in-the-world. You reverse figure and background and direct your conflicted parts–characters in your dreams–to talk to each other. Dreams show you what’s you that you see in other people. You experience fantasies, meet your repressions, and extract existential messages. In the Voice Dialogue Centering path of dreamwork, you meet disowned, vulnerable, instinctual underdeveloped and new subselves (inner voices). You find out what these dream voices need and coordinate them. Finally, Dream Fitness Training. You analyze your role, emotion, expression, clarity and contact in dreams to generate small doable behaviors in your waking life, behaviors that move you toward psychological fitness. Then, of course, you teach clients this system and monitor the behaviors to which they commit and help them generate their next steps.

 

CTD 207 RATE RELATIONS
Learn (for yourself, and then for your clients) to facilitate relationship fitness. Chart your conduct and refine each of your romantic and sexual relationships. The graph you create for each shows your dynamics–interaction, emotion, expression, clarity (understanding) and contact (feeling of connection). You rate these dynamics on a 1-5 scale. Based on your graph, you pledge behaviors that balance your ratings with each of your lovers on the five dimensions.

 

.CTD 208 HEED HOLOTROPIC BREATHING TO REFINE RELATIONSHIPS
In this class you sample Dr. Stanislav Grof’s Holotropic Breathing. You breathe to music and get holos–experiences, images and insights that improve relationships. Learn the mechanics of holotropic breathing and the modules of Grof’s Master Matrix of perinatally-conditioned movement and how this technology can facilitate tantra.

 

CTD 209 FATHOM FINITUDE & EMBRACE ETERNITY, TO RIPEN RELATIONS & SACRALIZE SEX
Balance contemplation of your infinite, limitless connection with the Universal when you also embrace limits, including, at this stage of humanity’s development, the likelihood your body will die, though you’ll probably shall again incarnate in another human body. Contemplate death to incentive you to live with full vitality, individuality and commitment. Hypothesize that you and others will die; this impels you to make more authentic, intimate, feelingful, expressive contact with other people. When you assume you’ll die, you give yourself timetables for the tasks you’ve chosen to give meaning to your life. Accept the likelihood you’ll die, and you thereby accept responsibility for your individual, unique life in the limited amount of time you have in your current embodyment. Explore the concept of death to become aware of your unfinished tasks and communications.

 

CTD 210 LEARN FROM LIVES LAPSED
When you (then your clients) explore images in sacred sector stimulation, holotropic breathing or tantric inductions, you’ll likely see pastlife images–images of you and people you know, but in other bodies in earlier lives. You picture prior lives when you had traits and feelings you still have, present problems and pleasures. You feel current, childhood and even birth joy and pain as though it belonged to someone you were. See also how loss, hurt, guilt, grief, bitterness you that life lead you to defend, rationalize and avoid resonances this life. Forgive yourself and your antagonists. Let earlier lives show you why you relate as you do this lifetime. Come to peace with yourself and them.

 

CTD 211 CULTIVATE UPLIFTING COMMUNICATION
Learn the cybernetic model. The cybernetic model of mutually-enhancing communication between lovers is a feedback model. In this model, honest communication improves relationships. When you confront lovers and take to heart what they say, you help each other grow. You feel loved and make your choices based on love. You accept, adore, cooperate and share more. The more you share, the more you develop judgment, competence and individuality and actively show these to your beloveds, who lovingly yet honestly share reactions. Use this feedback to raise your consciousness so you perceive with greater clarity, develop your individuality further and make better choices. Then practice the cybernetic model for tantra clients.

 

CTD 212 INTERMEDIATE CHAKRA YOGA
Apply the principles: 1) Move in and out of pose before you hold it, 2) Bend forward before and after backward and sideward bends as well as twists, 3)stretch spine on inhale, contraction it on exhale, 4) apply belly and pelvis holds and pulse energy from the base to through the crown chakras before inhaling. Lead a segment of the class through a sequence of motions and postures. Explore poses as metaphors. Experience tantra teaching visualizations for contemplation in rest pose.
